美味又健康~ 早餐


大鱼大肉吃多了,偶尔来点简单又美味的早餐 ~ 感觉挺赞的~

番薯银鱼粥。野菜汁。青苹果和蒸玉米


                                         全麦面包 。 黄瓜。小番茄。龙珠果。萝卜汁
                                        
                              小麦草汁+(苹果。小番茄。杏仁。葡萄干)+杂豆番薯十谷米粥


                                           两个全麦苹果馒头+奇异果+蔬菜沙拉+苹果萝卜汁
                               
                                         五谷全麦馒头+玉米+五色沙拉+奇异果

            蔬菜沙拉+自己调配的石榴橄榄油醋酱+十谷甜菜根燕麦奶+香蕉十谷馒头~啊!超赞!
   
                                         十谷甜菜根燕麦奶+ 蔬果拼盘+ 五谷馒头

                                          蔬果野菜汁+ 水果沙拉+十谷馒头+沙拉酱
                               坚果蔬菜沙拉+苹果和梅子醋酱+五色三宝饼+玫瑰花奶茶
